Case Management

Case management begins with a needs assessment to make a plan to reach each
individual’s goals. Referrals are then made to the appropriate community agencies.

 

Mental Health Services

Mental health professionals are on site at 15 PLACE to assess clients, perform crisis
intervention and make referrals to the appropriate locations.

 

Veteran’s Services

Trained professionals who are aware of the benefits and services offered to veterans are
available to assist these clients with specific needs.

 

Job Development

Representatives from employment training and placement services are on site for
clients who need help preparing for and finding work.

 

Transportation

Limited transportation is available for clients needing assistance.

 

Advocacy

Assistance with legal issues, taxes, voter registration and other advocacy needs are
available.

 

Mail and Telephone Services

Clients may use 15 PLACE to receive mail and also to make local phone calls.

 

Food Services

Volunteers from area religious ministries, civic organizations and businesses provide
hot, nutritious lunches on weekdays and often weekends.
